1. Returns

- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 1-3 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized sarees.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Gift cards.
2. Return Process

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges
